Frustration

Have you ever experienced when you called a company and came to find out that it’s only answered by a voice activated system? You need to push number one for specific reason of your calling then 2 or three on other options only to realize at the end that there’s not live customer service representative on the other line to answer your question. Of course after doing all this you’ll be frustrated and hang up. What the heck! I don’t really understand that.
