Its Over with

It was Monday, 16th of March 2009 is also an important day in my calendar. Why? Because I finally get Jarred off from his bottle. You see deep in a mother's heart, taking away something from him makes me feel a little guilty even if it is for his own good. I don't know but that's just what I felt when I finally decided to withdraw my son who turned 2 years and 7 months old from his habit of drinking his milk on a bottle. It's his doctor's advice since he turned a year and a half that he should stop drinking milk from his bottle and use a sippy cup instead for training so as to avoid from having tooth decay. I was really proud of my son when finally I told him that he can't have milk in his bottle anymore because he is big enough to drink in a bottle. His answer to me was "Ok Mommy". Sippy cup doesn't appeal to him though but instead he already used a cup just like a grown up. I'm so proud of him.
